We use Google AdWords Remarketing to advertise Smoker's Central across the Internet, in particular on the Google Display Network.
AdWords remarketing will display ads to you based on what parts of the Smoker's Central website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your web browser.
This cookie does not in any way identify you or give access to your computer or mobile device.
The cookie is used to indicate to other websites that “This person visited a particular page, so show them ads relating to that page.”
Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

We accept returns on all unused products. If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept a return. No exceptions. Items to be returned must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. All returns are applicable for a restocking fee.
Fill out the form to get in contact with our customer support service. From there, our customer support service will work with you to process your return. We offer pre-paid shipping return labels for all returns, however the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your return refund.
Once you've received your shipping label from our customer support, simply pack up your item(s) in the packaging materials and box it came in. Secure the pre-paid shipping return label to the box, and drop it off at your nearest postal office.
When our company has received your return, they will process it and then issue you a refund by either a credit card refund, or store credit. NO cash refunds.
From here, you're good to go! All you have to do is contact support, pack up and drop off your return, await your credit.
ALL returns will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the total refund amount.
What if my order breaks during shipping?
If an item is broken during shipping, we can only refund or replace the piece if it is completely unused. This policy also goes for pieces that are damaged or have manufacturing defects.
Here @ Smoker's Central, we try very hard to ensure that all of our packages arrive safely. However, we realize that this does not always happen. When you first receive your package, inspect it first to make sure that it is in proper working condition. If there is something that is not satisfactory, take a photo immediately and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the photos.
We will try to replace the broken item, or if that is not possible, we can offer a refund or exchange for the piece. Exchanges must be of equal value to the broken item.
If there is a breakage during shipping, we must be informed of the break as soon as possible. Please inform us within 24 hours of the package arrival.
We will not accept returns on broken items after the item has been used. There are no exceptions to this.
If the package has already been shipped out, the order cannot be cancelled. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us @ email@example.com beforehand so that we can help you select the best piece for your needs.
We offer many different shipping options including USPS,UPS and FedEX. We currently only ship to the United States but we will have international shipping in the future!
